We have an exciting opportunity for the following position to join our team
Administration/ Accounts Officer
- Must be vaccinated against Covid 19
- Have a diploma level qualification
- Must be a self-starter and team player
- Have the ability to read, write and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job.
- Possessing of a Full Valid Driver’s License is a must
- Previous work experience in similar field would be an added advantage Be computer literate in word, excel, Outlook and POS system
- Experience in handling cash and using EFTPOS
- Stock take for Bar, Pro shop
- Rollover stock
- Input stock take figures into Company System to produce variance report
- Check timesheets and prepare Payroll Summary
- Posting invoices in Micropower system
- Invoice and orders to be reconciled and Prepare LPOs
- Ensure all fillings done for HR related documents with HR Team
- Follow up on emails, reports and feedback.
- Ensure all invoices/bills taken up in same month.
- Previous retail sales experience
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Golf knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Be well presented with strong personal skills
- Will report to Golf Operations Manager
