The Role: Administrative & Accounting Manager- Suva (Fiji)

To streamline our operations, we are seeking an Administrative and Accounting Manager to oversee and manage our administrative and financial functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor financial Monitor financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage MSP billing, understanding the complexities involved.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
  • Utilize Autotask PSA, Cloud Depot, and Xero for financial data management.
  • Administrative Management

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles, with a strong preference for experience within an MSP or IT services company.
  • Proficiency in Autotask PSA, CloudDepot, and Xero is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MSP billing complexities is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Can work and collaborate well with others.
