The Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the company's daily operational and administrative activities. This position serves as a key liaison and support function within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately maintaining production records and details.

·         Cash Handling and Deposits: Managing daily cash receipts and depositing funds at the bank.

·         Invoicing: Preparing and issuing sales invoices.

·         Administrative Support: Providing general support including answering phones, managing emails and handling correspondence.

·         Order Verification: Checking delivery orders against sales invoices to ensure accuracy.
