Role – After Hours Coordinator

Your responsibilities will include the following:

·         Manage inbound calls to the scheduling after hours phone to triage and action calls per company’s Health procedures.

·         Roster services in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner to ensure participant satisfaction.

·         Provide participant with detailed information on organisation services including application and referral processes, contract conditions.

·         Maintain electronic participant and staff records regarding participant’s services and staff rostering.

·         Escalate participant feedback to the appropriate team leader to support the service scheduling and operations teams to deliver exceptional participant service.

·         Engage in Continuous Improvement and Quality Framework development, review, and maintenance, exercising initiative in making improvements to work processes to deliver an accurate, cost effective and timely service.

·         Contributing positively to the broader organisational community

·         Ensure compliance against Health Policy and procedures and proactively promote Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regarding the workplace.

What we are looking for:

To apply for the role, you must have:

·         Experience in servicing participants in a community care environment

·         Experience with inbound calls, health care, disability or aged care would be added advantage.

·         Ability to work without direct supervision.

·         A high level of attention to details

·         Exceptional customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         High level computer literacy proficiency

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positions.

·         Ability to prioritise work and problem solve.

·         Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment and able to foster effective working relationships.

·         Proactive service approach and ‘can do’ attitude.

·         Ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
