As our business is expanding hence, we are seeking a self-motivated person with attention to detail and excellent written and communication skills to join the company in the position of Air Ticketing Team Leader.
Air Tickets is the ticketing division of Helloworld, offering a best-in-class Fares Distribution and Ticketing solution for Travel Agents. Air Tickets are experts in their field, distributing airline fares to agents; using the latest technology and processes to drive high transactional volumes whilst offering the best in customer care to both our customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you need:
· Minimum of two years in middle management role.
· Minimum of five years in fares and ticketing.
· GDS Experience – Galelio, Sabre and Amadeus.
· Minimum of two years in customer service in the travel industry
· Appropriate travel qualifications including Fares and Ticketing III & IV
