Responsibilities
- Oversee the store operations with the store Manager
- Promotion of Sales and achievement of sales targets
- Supervision of all activities of staff
- Maintain a high level of customer service, including resolving complaints
- Implement and oversee security procedures for stock and cash
- Oversee the presentation of the store and stock to ensure it as appealing as possible
- Handle any matters relating to branch as instructed by the management
Requirements
- A matured individual with at least Form Six qualification with a minimum of two years of retail experience from a managerial / supervisor position.
- Must be computer literate and hold a clean drivers license
- A high degree of interpersonal skill, communication ability and professional presentation
- Have the ability to manage a small and dynamic team and stocks
