Bartender South Sea Island Full-time Job

South Sea Cruises Group, Fiji’s most experienced and award-winning cruise operator offering a range of award-winning products throughout the stunning Mamanuca & Yasawa Islands is currently seeking a Bartender to be based at South Sea Island. 

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in an energetic, friendly, and timely manner.
• Be able to promote bar sales in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Carry out stock control and maintain proper and adequate bar set on a daily basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

It is desirable that you possess the following:

• 1+year experience as a Bartender.
• Be able to work without supervision and demonstrate a high level of customer services and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with the POS system.
• Qualification in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage (Desired but not essential).
