Bolloré offers a full range of services and industry expertise with complete logistics needs of importers and exporters, upstream and downstream of production; organizing transport, customs and regulatory compliance, industrial projects and supply chain services.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly competent and experienced Business Development Manager to be based at our Nadi Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and oversee business strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence and achieve business goals and positive customer ratings
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders and identify and cultivate partnerships to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
- Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
- Support annual budgeting process, track all business-related invoices and train and guide sales professionals
Qualification, Attributes and Experience:
- Degree in Business Marketing, Sales or Management from a reputable institution
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Work experience in a similar capacity preferably as Sales or Business Development Manager and proficient knowledge of all facets of freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Sales driven & goal-oriented
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to think laterally & create effective solutions to problems
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills
