Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business-to-Business (B2B) Appointment Setter to join our sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, building relationships, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to make an impact, exceed targets, and drive business growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential B2B clients within our target market segments.
  2. Outbound Communication: Utilize various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to engage with decision-makers and influencers at prospect organizations.
  3. Value Proposition Presentation: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services, demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's needs and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Appointment Scheduling: Secure high-quality appointments for our sales team by establishing rapport, uncovering client pain points, and highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
  5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, appointments scheduled, and follow-up activities using our CRM system.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts for maximum impact.
  7. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed established targets for qualified appointments set, consistently demonstrating progress towards team goals and objectives.


  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or lead generation roles is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and convey complex information persuasively.
  • Resilience: A resilient mindset and the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude and persistence in the face of challenges.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage prospect data and communication effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: A self-driven and proactive approach to work, with a passion for sales and a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
