Carpenters Motors - Credit Officer (Suva) Full-time Job

Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the CREDIT OFFICER position to be based in our Suva branch. Key Responsibilities:

• Issue Statement and Invoices to customers.
• Payment follow-up from customers.
• Attending to customer queries on payments.
• Allocation of payments as per remittance from customer.
• Receipting of online payments to customers account.
• Collection of payments from customers.
• Maintaining records of Contra/Exchange accounts.
• Assisting in preparation of Debtors reports.
• Carry out assessments and credit checks for new account applications. 
• Special account request assessment.
• Prepare Daily collection report.
• Other duties assigned by the Financial Controller.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1-2 years work experience in the similar position
• Team player with good personal presentation
• Energetic and self-motivated, good communication skills, computer literate.
