Chef (authentic Fijian seafood dishes) Full-time Job

The Fry & Grill is a cool shack based in Votualevu. It’s a small shack with a big heart.

• We are looking for a chef for our small restaurant.
• Should be experienced in grilling and able to prepare Fijian seafood dishes.
• We operate from Wednesday to Sunday (Mon & Tuesday closed)

Minimum requirements/experience 

• Able to prepare western meals eg grills and fry food (operate commercial deep fryer)
• Serve customers, operate cash register 
• Friendly and customer orientated 
• Good communicator 
• Honest & reliable 
• Good planner for meals, ingredients, etc
• Must live locally in the Nadi area
