Customer Service Representative Full-time Job

Hertz Fiji is currently looking for two (2) Customer Services Representative to join our Sales Team in Nadi

 Responsibilities:

• Organising pick-ups and drop off in a timely manner
• Corresponding to all international and domestic rental hire queries via phone, emails or walk ins
• Attending to customers by issuing booked vehicles and raising rental agreements
• Guiding customers to their destined hotels for first timers in Fiji
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained and kept clean at all times
• Data entry for system agreements and invoices
• Providing chauffeur services as and when required

 Qualifications and Experiences

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role with strong leadership skills
• Must have high quality customer service knowledge with good spoken English
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum year 13 level education
• Must have full group 2 driving license with a clean record
• Must be willing and able to work flexible schedule that can include evenings, holidays and overnight shifts
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
