Customer Service & Sales Representative Full-time Job

Hertz Fiji is currently seeking to recruit professionals to fill the following vacant positions:

Customer Service & Sales Representative

(2 Positions for Nadi and 1 Position for Suva)   

 

   Responsibilities:

• Organizing pick-ups and drop off in a timely manner
• Corresponding to all international and domestic rental hire queries via phone, emails or walk-ins
• Attending to customers by issuing booked vehicles and raising rental agreements
• Guiding customers to their destined hotels for first-timers in Fiji
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained and kept clean at all times

 Qualifications, Experiences and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role with strong customer service & sales skills
• Must have high quality customer service knowledge with good spoken English
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum form 6 or 7 level education
• Must have full group 2 driving license with a clean record
• Must be willing and able to work flexible schedule that can include evenings, holidays and overnight shifts
