The Role: Customer Service/Salesperson- Suva (Fiji)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Salesperson to join our team. As a Customer Service Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, sales, and business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, educate customers about our products, and guide them through the sales cycle. Your consultative approach and in-depth product knowledge will contribute to customer success and long-term relationships.
· Product Expertise: Develop a profound understanding of all product features, benefits, and versatile applications to effectively convey their value to customers.
· Customer Needs Analysis: Gain comprehensive knowledge of customer needs, goals, and challenges to tailor solutions with precision, ensuring optimal alignment.
· Outreach and Qualification: Initiate cold calls to potential customers from a provided list. Qualify customers by gathering their information and preferences, which are then recorded in the Company’s Salesforce for subsequent follow-up by sales personnel.
· Product Education: Educate customers on the company’s expansive product range and its direct alignment with their unique requirements.
· Personalized Customer Service: Provide personalized, high-touch customer service, adopting a consultative approach to address customer inquiries comprehensively.
· Sales Cycle Guidance: Lead customers through the entire sales cycle, managing all aspects from initial quotation and order processing to overseeing production tracking and final product delivery.
· Product Utilization Expertise: Demonstrate an authoritative grasp of the company’s products and the broader market landscape, enabling you to furnish customers with valuable recommendations for optimized product utilization.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication and cooperation, thereby maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in an outsourcing or international based organization would be highly regarded.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to grasp technical product details and convey them clearly to customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability to effectively communicate with diverse customers across different regions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail & time management skills.
- Should be able to communicate clearly.
- Can work and collaborate well with others.
