Finance Officer Full-time Job

C.J. Patel (Pacific) Limited, Fiji’s largest distributor of locally manufactured and imported Fast Moving Consumer Go o d s company seeks to recruit a dynamic, resourceful and performance-oriented Finance Officer to join our Export Teamwho can add value to the business in a challenging environment. This position is based in our Head Office in Lami.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Export Inventory Costing
• Liaising with Foreign Suppliers/Customers, Placing Orders and Tracking Shipments
• Follow-up with Debit Notes/Credit Notes/Invoices from Related Entities
• Issuing Unsettled Statements to all Pacific Island Clients
• Follow-up on Export Debtors from Pacific Islands, Collection and Receipting in the system
• Reconciling Intercompany Statements on a quarterly basis
• Daily basis interaction with Intercompany Manufacturers for Pricing and Product Creations
• Submission of reports to Export Accountant on a timely basis and ensuring accuracy is maintained
• Working towards ensuring and meeting KPI for the Export Department.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Business Management/Customs or related field
• Having knowledge of Export and shipping processes would be an added advantage
• Have exceptional computing skills, especially with Microsoft Office; Excel applications
• Self-driven, highly motivated and attention to detail
• Highly Proficient in Analytics
