Finance Officer Full-time Job

Fiji Dairy Pte Limited is a leading manufacturer of a range of dairy products including UHT milk, powdered milk, butter, yoghurts, fresh and sour cream and various other flavoured dairy products.

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and performance-oriented individual for the position of Finance Officer to be based in our Head Office, Cunningham Road, Nabua.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate recording of daily production usages in the system.
• Maintain proper reconciliations of inventories.
• Ensure timely reconciliation and maintenance of spare parts, fuel and sundry stock schedules.
• Engage with pertinent stakeholders to attain effective stock takes every month.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of relevant reports.
• Responsible for assisting the production team in identifying variances.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience preferably in a similar role.
• Computer literate and demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft excel.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, be proactive and willing to go the extra mile.
• Possess strong analytical and cost system background.

 Remuneration:
