HR & OHS Coordinator
The goal is to establish a safe workplace according to legal standards and foster a culture of attention to
best HR practices, health and safety.
Responsibility
• Documentations of all HR & OHS requirements.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process.
• Provision of continuous support to the Project Management Team.
• Immediately STOP any unsafe work or act, which seems dangerous.
• Prepare and present safety reports to management.
• Conduct internal and external working condition and HSE audits.
Requirements
• Certificate in OHS 1 &2 / Trade Diploma in OHS
• Degree (preferable) or Certificate in HR.
• Knowledge of the ERA 2007 and all other relevant local laws.
• At-least 2-3 years of work experience
• Complete understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1996 and all subsidiary legislations
• Possess a Safety Cautious Mindset
• Excellent communication and PR Skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office
