JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

BTR (Fiji) PTE Limited based in Nadi offers outsourced business services to organizations' located overseas. We are currently recruiting for a full time HR & Payroll Administrator for our client based in Australia. We are seeking a highly organized individual with attention to detail that is dedicated to achieve and develop your career as you grow with us. About the position:

The purpose of this role is to support the Payroll and Human Resources functions of an organization

Responsibilities:

General Office Administration

  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of payroll, including data entry and bank payments
  • Assist with the maintenance of QuickBooks data files, reconciliations, petty cash, purchase orders & delivery dockets
  • Administering employee benefits and leave – including, superannuation lodgments, inco link and Co invest processing
  • Maintaining payroll and HR records, including employee files and workers compensation data and rateables renumeration.
  • Responding to all employee inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Assisting with performance evaluations and employee performance improvement plans
  • Preparing all HR-related reports and documentation and new hire paperwork.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Overall responsibility for all Wageloch matters including uploading, timesheets, Employee timeclocks and clock ins
  • Training registers – ensuring compliance and currency of both internal and external registers and platforms
  • Payroll tax returns and lodgments
  • Compile Reports – Cash Flow & End of Month
  • Managing employee child support matters
  • Company OHS Co Ordinator
  • Manage procurement of clothing allocations
  • People and culture birthdays and anniversaries

Payroll Support

  • Office liaison with the King Valley Office
  • Administration support to CFO as requested

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for an opportunity to be interviewed, applicants will need to meet the criteria below:

  • Degree Level or higher
  • 1-3 Years’ experience in the field
  • High level of spoken and written English language with excellent communication skills
