CDP Services Pte Ltd is looking for an International Customer Service Representative. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and services.

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Update international clients with delivery status
Follow up with drivers regarding international package delivery
Submit reports daily on number of deliveries done

Requirement

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
·High school diploma

Working hours will be from 1pm – 10pm. Company transportation will be provided for night drop offs.

CDP owns and operates over 140 vehicles and employs over 180 staff. CDP is the only Courier Company in Fiji operating 24 hours a day. CDP has a fully integrated consignment tracking and accounting system. All CDP delivery and pick up vehicles are fitted with custom built secure canopies. It also has priority seats on flights. CDP have been providing distribution services for Majority Aid organizations in Fiji for over 40 years, including Red Cross Fiji.
