Machine Operator Full-time Job

Fiji Dairy Pte Limited is a leading manufacturer of a range of dairy products including UHT milk, powdered milk, butter, yoghurts, fresh and sour cream and various other flavoured dairy products

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and performance-oriented individual for the position of Machine Operator to be based in our Head Office, Cunningham Road, Nabua

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Production Supervisors to meet weekly and monthly production targets
• Operate plant and  equipment  in  accordance  with  safety  protocols  and  process  hygiene requirements
• Assist in diagnosing machine faults and work with engineering team to minimize downtime
• Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are adhered
• Manage all Raw and Packaging material inventory related to plant, and reconcile inventory during month end stock takes
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce losses, process bottlenecks and optimize plant efficiencies 

Requirements:

• Trade certificate/Diploma in plant  engineering  with  at  least  2  years  of  work  experience  in  a  food manufacturing plant
• Must be a team player with proven leadership skills
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in shifts

 Remuneration:
