Pacific Batteries Pte Limited, is a subsidiary of CJ Patel and Company Pte Limited specialized in Design, Development, Manufacturing, Lead recycle and Marketing of lead-acid Batteries for Automotive, Marine, Deep Cycle, Golf cart, Traction and VRLA (Solar, UPS, Telecom) Application. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Machine Operators to be based in our factory in Lami
Job Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Production Supervisor and will be involved in a variety of activities including but not limited to:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to standard operating procedure
- Operate tools to aid in the manufacturing process
- Work on the battery production line and monitor processes and output to ensure quality standard is maintained
- Assist with start-up of production cycle and product changeovers
- Perform routine machine maintenance checks on mechanical or computer operated equipment's
- Ensure proper housekeeping of machine and adherence to safety protocols
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualification with at least 1-2 years’ work experience in a manufacturing plant or similar role
- Good understanding and knowledge of production procedures
- Possess analytical skills and ability to read schematics and manuals
- Physically fit and maintain great health
- Flexible in approach to working hours including shift work
