Brief Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Responsible for the financial operations including invoicing, payments, banking, treasury, cash flows and related transactions
- Responsible for the Financial Accounting Reporting Process including compiling, analysing and recording and maintaining financial records in Sage ERP System timely and accurate manner
- Preparing and delivering of periodic accurate Financial Reports to specific Deadlines.
- Liaising with External and Internal Auditors for various Auditing requirements
- Assisting to prepare the Annual Budgets and monitoring and reporting on variances
- Ensure all taxes are properly accounted for filed, paid and reported in liaison
- Manage Debtors (AP) and Creditors (AR) Control- and Fixed Asset Modules
- Preparation of various MIS Reports, VAT Returns and other routing and ad hoc reports on Management’s request
- Performing of all kinds of reconciliations such as banks, AP, AR and Intern company reconciliations etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At Least 6 years experience and 3 years out of that as the Assistant Accountant, Accountant or Senior Accountant in a reputed company
- The candidate must have a Degree in Financial Accountancy or a Provisional Member of FIA, Postgraduate qualifications in related field is an added advantage.
- General and Commercial Business Awareness, Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to details and an investigative nature
- Be proficient in MS Package and experience in ERP Solutions, A working knowledge of Sage Accounting software would be an added advantage.
- Leadership, Teamwork and Collaboration Skills
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise, Ability to handle matters with minimal supervision

This self-sufficient, remote facility can house as many as 200 employees.
