Marketing Officer Full-time Job

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for increasing gross profit and market share while developing ongoing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
• Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
• Maintain records of customer’s details/sales visit.
• Respond to all client-related matters, from contractual agreements, solution implementation and service performance, to service enchantments and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, website, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and implement them effectively to enhance our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 2-3 years in marketing, preferably in the shipping, transport, or logistics sector.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, website, and analytics.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.                                                                 
7. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
