The Role : Marketing Support Officer - Suva (Fiji)

Responsibilities

  • Provide a memorable customer experience and build rapport quickly with each sales call
  • Generates quality sales leads
  • Effectively manage time to ensure all duties are completed within required deadlines.
  • Uses all equipment in accordance with procedures and instructions and maintains all equipment in a clean condition.
  • Database (CRM) maintains integrityas a sales tool.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with team members and addresses colleagues in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Demonstrates ability to work well within a team environment and take the responsibility of ensuring all work tasks are completed.
  • Support the company's commitment to continuous quality improvement within scope of own role

 

Requirements and Skills

  • Previous experience working in a call centre environment is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Ability to generate 30-40 contacts per day - defined as speaking to or entering decision making details into CRM
  • Able to secure one appointment per day for BDM
  • Able to add minimum of five new unique organizational to CRM per week
  • Able to make a minimum of 180 cold calls per week
  • Able to make a minimum of 120 nurture calls per week
  • Experience with tele-sales/customer service role will be strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, preferably over the phone.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to tackle difficult situations.
  • Must be cool tempered and able to handle rejection with grace
  • Logical thinker who thrives on the challenge of solving problems and can think outside the box.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be energetic and presentable.
