Merchandiser Full-time Job

CJ Patel (Pacifc) Pte Limited (CJPP) is the commercial arm of the CJ Patel Group and one of Fiji's largest distributors of locally manufactured and renowned international brands within Fiji and most of the Pacic. The Company has an extensive distribution network with major supermarkets, food service industries and down-the-line (DTL) retailers with its main warehouse in Wailekutu, Lami and supported by branch operations in Lautoka and Labasa and signi- ficant exports to other regional markets such as New Zealand, East Timor, Vanuatu, Kiribati, Tonga, Samoa and Papua New Guinea.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR MERCHANDISER(S) – NESTLE

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, resourceful and performance-oriented Merchandiser(s) for Suva and Labasa Area who can add value to the business in a challenging environment through strong operational and strategic leadership. This position is based with Nestle Sales Team.

What Will I Do?

• Ensuring product placement and display in stores to maximize customer interest and sales.
• Ensure merchandise is presented attractively and in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with customers and attend to queries in a timely manner.
• Monitor on competitive activity and conduct regular price surveys.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions effectively.
• Ensure that work direction is implemented and completed within the allocated time.
• Communicate fully with Managers and other team members to provide complete and concise information being both candid and accurate.
• Comply with relevant company policies and procedures to protect the interest of the company and individuals.
