Job Details

JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

The office assistant will be responsible for the following:-

  • Filing
  • Typing
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Binding of documents
  • Information retrieval
  • Liaising with clients for accounts signing
  • Attending to lodgment of documents with FRCS
  • Follow up with relevant authorities
  • Ordering and stocktake of Stationery

 Qualification and Experience

  1. Computing qualifications or experience
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Sound planning and organisation skills
  4. Able to work as a team player with minimum supervision
  5. Excellent typing skills with knowledge of all main software – word, excel and myob
