Iceman (Fiji) Pte Limited is a joint venture company between CJ Patel & Co Ltd and Iceman Technologies (Pvt) Ltd Sri Lanka. Iceman represents world renowned brands like Copeland, Geneglace (France), Bitzer (Germany) and Heatcraft (Australia) and primarily deals with installation, assembling, selling and carrying out maintenance on prefabricated cold rooms, ice plants, refrigerated trucks and air conditioners. We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced Operations Coordinator to be based in Suva.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of liaison with customers on all service requests and coordinating with technical team to allocate and assign resources and jobs.
- Prepare daily work schedule for ops team and inform the project supervisor.
- Prepare quotations as per job scope and forward to client including follow up on purchase orders.
- Ensure timely completion of job cards and provide report card to clients on job completion.
- Maintain document folders and job sheets in an organised manner for servicing and warranty purposes.
- Provide timely reports and job status updates to the reporting manager.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Management/Refrigeration & Aircon or relevant field from a reputable institution
- Minimum of four years’ work experience in a similar role preferably from aircon and refrigeration sector
- Must be computer literate and ability to work with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills
