JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

BTR (Fiji) PTE Limited, a subsidiary of Our Pacific Office (OPO) based in Nadi offers outsourced business services to organizations located overseas. We are currently recruiting for experienced Outbound B2B Appointment Setters. We are seeking a highly organized individual with attention to detail that is dedicated to achieve and develop your career as you grow with us. About the Position:

  • This role is crucial to our sales team’s success.
  • You will be responsible for finding and engaging with potential clients, gauging their interest in our services, and scheduling new business appointments with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging directly with potential clients via telephone and email to set appointments for our sales team.
  • Adding new prospects to our database by researching and sourcing the contact details of potential clients.
  • Maintaining a detailed log of all communications, including those which did not result in a scheduled appointment.
  • Repeatedly reaching out to prospective clients you’ve been unable to contact.
  • Ability to follow a script and be engaging, confident and enthusiastic in every call.

 The successful applicant must have:

  • High school diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative or similar is preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to speak confidently with senior decision makers, and think quickly on your feet to handle objections.
  • Strong computer literacy skill. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Resilience to keep going and the drive to achieve goals.

Who will you work with

  • In your role as an appointment setter, you’ll work directly with our marketing and sales team.
