PURCHASING OFFICERS

Shop N Save Supermarket is a leading retail business operating its supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries around Fiji.

Applications are invited from highly motivated and pro-active individuals for above position based at our Head Office in Nabua, Suva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order requisition in Ereq and Epicor software;
• Ensure adequate stocks are available at branch level to meet sales demand;
• Organize smooth deliveries with suppliers and our logistics team;
• Maintain proper records of purchases and deliveries;
• Prepare purchase and cost analysis report; and
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications and Essential Attributes:

• Diploma/ Degree or tertiary qualification in related field;
• Accuracy with numbers and attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision;
• A reliable team player; and
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
