The Role: Sales & Admin Virtual Assistant- Suva (Fiji) – (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities
Data entry and maintaining customer databases.
Communicating with sales team and providing support as needed
Conducting cold calls and engaging with clients
Handling collections.
Converting potential clients into appointments
Maintaining regular follow-ups with the Team Leader and ensuring feedback is provided.
Essential Skills & Experience
Qualification in any field not limited to accounting.
Having experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
Must possess administrative skills.
Attention to detail & time management skills.
Should be able to communicate clearly.
Can work and collaborate well with others.
