**SENIOR ACCOUNTANT & OFFICE MANAGER**

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied portfolio of clients ensuring quality service, advice and overview
  • Prepare, analyze, review financial reports, statements and regulatory reporting documents
  • Mentorship and supervision of junior staff
  • Assist the Director and staff in preparing documents and interpreting complicated financial information for the organization and clients and work with regulatory bodies i.e. FRCS, ROC, FNPF, RBF, etc
  • Prepare and submit timely payroll
  • Supervise staff, company performance, client management to ensure we meet our goals
  • Manage internal operations with support from Managing Director and Administrative team including staff performance reviews, cashflow management, policy reviews.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in accounting, taxation, with a diverse client portfolio, and at least 5 years in team management.
  • Proficient with MYOB/ XERO or similar software, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams/Zoom, Viber
  • Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and IFRS
  • Effective Management skills i.e. teaming and collaboration, clear, concise communication, effective conflict resolution, prioritization.
  • Given this role is a split role of 60% client work and 40% operational management focus, having the ability to prioritize competing demands is critical

 

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
