Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and a highly motivated self-starter to join our Team. The Social Content Creator role supports the effective and efficient operation of the Marketing and Digital function at Interlinc Group and provides assistance to the IT team on a day-to-day basis. The position is a team-based role that requires a high degree of flexibility and commitment to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment is also needed to see the allocated tasks through from start to completion.



·       Research on digital advertising trends locally and globally

·       Execute projects with the team to social media content

·       Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email, and other platforms.

·       Execute and monitor projects status

·       Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

·       Create reports on the growth and analytics of digital campaigns and ensure successful delivery

·       Work with outside vendors as and when required meeting business objectives

·       Monitor social media and Google Analytics

·       Optimize paid advertising campaigns using skills SEO and other digital campaign tools

·       Publish digital marketing content online environment that is fast paced and (Website, Mobile Applications, social media demanding Platforms)

·       Monitor livestreaming of events to digital platforms

·       Develop projects to drive digital transformation



·       Bachelor's Degree in the discipline of Marketing, Business Studies, Management, Social media content with Information Technology or Computer Science

·       Strong analytical and strategical skills, as the company website, email and other well as hands on and always finding ways to move forward through engaging and inspiring the team and stakeholders

·       Commercial as well as strategic mindset and understanding of forward planning creative solutions

·       Ability to work independently

·       Good understanding of social media & online advertising tools

·       Understanding of SEO and Web analytics

·       Strong commitment to meet deadlines and ability to work under pressure

·       Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

·       Ability to work in team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding

·       Be a self-starter, team player and be able to work with minimum supervision

·       Experience in similar role will be a distinct advantage
