Role – Software Integration Analyst (Suva - Fiji)
Your responsibilities will include the following:
(1) Daily Sales Batch Posting into GP for Autotask File Reports
· Manage/Triage finance integration related tickets in the Autotask Portal
· Assist with core setup fields within Autotask Databases as directed by members of the integration team for accounting best practice.
· Manage all new item setups between systems Autotask and GP Dynamics to ensure correct accounting GL management.
· Manage correct postings of credit transactions & their associated approval data to ensure accuracy of GL postings.
(2) Schedule meetings for participation of online consult sessions for the integration team
· Attend online training segments for skill setup building.
· Manage accounting reconciliation of monthly fees pertaining to software applications, liaise with business units on queries arising from monthly fees.
(3) Support the Systems Integration Manager in all accounting & financial tasks for internal management of each Subsidiary.
(4) Managing system upgrade in the specific area of accounting best practice, perform regular system checks, liaise with each group accountant as required to enhance revenue reporting, correct tax applications for multiple jurisdictions such as (USA, UK, JPN, NZ, EUR, AUS)
(5) Maintain and develop personal knowledge in area of expertise.
Qualification & Skills:
· Bachelors in accounting/Commerce
· I.T Systems Qualification (preferred)
· Understand databases and web-based technologies.
· Manage security of user access
· Understand script and programming tools.
· Configuration knowledge
· Accounting & General Finance Administration experience mandatory
· Troubleshoot ability to solve software integration issues.
· High level of inter-personal skills
· Well-developed planning and organisational skills and high attention to detail
· High level computer literacy particularly with software integration
· Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and in a team-based environment.
· Energetic and flexible approach
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
· Ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
