Supply Chain Coordinator Full-time Job

Fiji Dairy Pte Limited is a leading manufacturer of a range of dairy products including UHT milk, powdered milk, butter, yoghurts, fresh and sour cream and various other flavoured dairy products.

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and performance-oriented individual for the position of Supply Chain Coordinator to be based in our Head Office, Cunningham Road, Nabua.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
• Provide supply chain reports and update the team on the pending orders and consignment on schedule.
• Follow up on external/local suppliers on “orders” and allocated stock for domestic and bond purposes.
• Handle import and export documentation for local and overseas clearance including follow-up on the pre-arrival and other charges from the vessel agency.
• Handle permit applications (Health, Import Permit and Custom Clearance) for various consignments, container clearance and documentation for payments.
• Ensure timely overseas Goods and Services Receipt Note (GSRN) entry.
• Effective maintain 100% CDL with the planning of inventory and production

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Customs or related field.
• Previous work experience in a similar role with working knowledge in purchasing and inventory management.
• Experience in managing Supply Chain processes and information flows.
• Have exceptional computing skills, especially with MS Excel, and Word applications
• Self-driven, highly motivated and attention to detail
• Highly proficient in analytics
