Role Responsibilities:

Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required.

Ability to work well with management team to determine hiring needs, deadlines for specific tasks, and safety protocols to enforce among workers.

Ensuring productivity of daily operations.

Qualifications:

Suitable engineering qualification to understand the technical aspects of the job, production processes, equipment, etc. 

Minimum experience of 3 years 

Skill to meet the demands of the job

Mechanical ability.

Skill in imparting instructions to the workers.
