  • High competency in Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload efficiently and effectively, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Organized, accurate, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Good technical skills and ability to troubleshoot while working remotely.
  • Calm and works well under pressure.
  • Sense of urgency



  • Previous experience working in a call centre environment is desirable.
  • Experience with tele-sales will be strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to tackle difficult situations.
  • Must be Flexible with your working hours.
  • Logical thinker who thrives on the challenge of solving problems and can think outside the box.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Willing to work for international clients.
  • Must be energetic and presentable.
