Warehouse Supervisor Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Key responsibility is to provide a high level of operational support to the Customs and Warehouse Department. Establish and cultivate long term relationships with relevant regulatory authorities and deliver a high level of customer service including but not limited to the following:-

• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely dispatch and delivery of goods and materials.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
• Organize and maintain storage area and adequate inventory levels.
• Conduct periodic stock take and ensure inventory transaction accuracy, checking orders, bills, items received, inventory and deliveries.
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds and coordinate and maintain equipment.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers and provide monthly report

Qualification and Experience:-

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, supply chain or business administration.
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Highly effective supervisory skills and hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Strong Organizational and time management skills.
